Hey, I’m Karina 👋🏾

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor, trauma therapist, clinical supervisor, consultant, and creative at heart. I am licensed in Georgia, Oregon, and Pennsylvania.

My work has always centered around helping people feel seen, supported, and understood whether that happens in a therapy session, a group, a supervision space, a professional consultation, or a room full of women connecting at an event.

Over the years, I’ve worked across private practice, integrated healthcare, Telehealth, community-based care, and clinical leadership. My experience includes supporting women navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, motherhood, major life transitions, and all the complicated things that can come with simply trying to figure life out.

What you can expect from me

I believe support should feel human.

You don’t have to show up with the perfect words, the perfect plan, or everything figured out. My style is warm, collaborative, creative, and grounded in evidence-based care but I’m also very much a “come as you are” kind of person.

There will be reflection. There will be hard conversations. There will be laughter too.

Beyond the therapy chair…

I genuinely love creating spaces where people can connect.

That may look like hosting a group, mentoring another clinician, consulting on a program, speaking at an event, or bringing women together for meaningful conversations and experiences.

At the heart of everything I do is the same goal:

Create spaces where people feel safe enough to be themselves, supported enough to grow, and connected enough to know they don’t have to do life alone.

A few things about me

When I’m not wearing my therapist hat, I’m usually somewhere between being a mom, dreaming up my next creative project, planning an event, decorating something, finding a reason to take a trip, or convincing myself that something absolutely counts as self-care.

I love good food, beautiful spaces, creativity, community, and anything that makes everyday life feel a little more intentional.

So whether you’re here for therapy, professional support, collaboration, or community...

I’m glad you found your way here.
